Cambodia Black Pepper Steak

This recipe if full of black pepper. It is for someone who loves spicy taste and the smell of black pepper. It is spicy, but it will not burn your tongue.

INGREDIENS
  • 500g: Beef
  • 1 bunch: Garlic
  • 1 Slide: Butter
  • 1 Pinch: Salt
  • 2 Tbsp: Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp: Cooking Oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 - Seasoning the meat

Add a pinch of salt and pepper on each side of the meat then massage the meat to make sure the seasoning is mixing well then keep it aside.

Step 2 - Garlic

1 bunch of garlic should cut to half as in the video

Step 3 - How to cook beef steak with full of black pepper

Heat the frying pan then add 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Make sure that the cooking oil is hot then put the meat in. Keep it for a few minutes to make sure the meat turns golden brown then switch it to another side. During this time, you can add garlic and butter. Keep applying the meat with oil which has already combined the smell from butter and garlic till another side of the meat turns to golden brown then keep it on a plate for decorating with garlic then it is ready to serve.
