Add a pinch of salt and pepper on each side of the meat then massage the meat to make sure the seasoning is mixing well then keep it aside.

Keep applying the meat with oil which has already combined the smell from butter and garlic till another side of the meat turns to golden brown then keep it on a plate for decorating with garlic then it is ready to serve.
