Add a pinch of dried rosemary, salt and pepper on each side of the meat then massage the meat to make sure the seasoning is mixing well then keep it a side.
Step 2 Vegetable and seasoning
Cut broccoli in the side you want, peal the skin of potato and baby carrot then cut them in any shape you want and suitable for plating. Boil water and add a pinch of salt and 2 tsp of cooking oil into the water to make the taste of vegetables better and look fresh. Once the water is boiling, put all vegetables inside. For broccoli, just soak for a few second then move it to a cold water and the baby carrot as well. For potato, keep boiling till it is done then keep a side.

Heat the frying pan, add cooking oil inside then seal boiled potatoes to golden brown color then leave it a side. Heat frying pan again then add a bit more cooking oil, put garlic inside then stir it well. Put broccoli and baby carrot inside and quickly add salt, sugar and pepper then mix them well after that keep these vegetable a side for decoring the plate.

1 bunch of garlic should cut to half as in video and the rest of garlic needs to chop then keep a side.
Topping garlic butter
Heat the frying pan then add 2tbs of cooking oil inside then put garlic in. Stir it well then add butter inside and keep stirring till garlic turns to golden brown then keep it a side for topping on the meat. (This is a choice)
Step 4 How to cook beef steak with black pepper
Heat the frying pan then add 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Make sure that the cooking oil is hot then put the meat in. Keep it for a few minutes to make sure the meat turns to golden brown then switch it to another side. During this time you can add garlic and butter. Keep applying the meat with oil which already combined the smell from butter and garlic till another side of the meat turns to golden brown then keep it on a plate for decoring with vegetables.
