
Pork Stew with Black Pepper

Step 3. How to cook a very tasty Pork Stew
Heat the cooking pot then add palm sugar inside. Stir palm sugar till it turns golden brown then add pounded ingredients. Stir the ingredients well till it smells good then add fish sauce, meat and then mix them well for a few seconds. Cover the port to let the ingredients mix well with the meat for 10 minutes. Lower the heat and make sure the food will not burn. Please open the cover and stir the food again to make sure the meat turns brown too then add boiled eggs, sliced ginger, salt and chicken power inside then stir them again, but make sure not to destroy the egg. Mix them well then add 500ml of water. Stir well then cover for 30 minutes. During this time, you can open the cover and check the amount of water and the meat to see whether the meat is a bit soft or not and whether the water needs to be added or not. If the water is almost dry, please add another 500ml then keep boiling it till the meat turns soft. Please taste the food if it tastes as good as you want or not (You can add or reduce any ingredients as you desire). Normal taste of pork stew is a bit sweet, a bit salty, a bit spicy and smells good from ginner, palm sugar and pepper. If the meat is soft as you want, then it is ready to serve.
