How We Do Delivery

After receiving your order, we start preparing package then deliver it to the post office. Each step below is the process from preparing to stamping by the post.

1. Prepare envelop with pepper.
   
2. Pepper is inside the envelop.
   
3. Post office in Kampot.
   
4. And sent with stamps.
   

Default, we send peppers to our customers by the post office in Cambodia which is called Standard. Or you can chose addons tracked.

1. Standard delivery is normally sending as a mail from Cambodia Post to your address and it consumes 15 to 35 days almost to every location in World where we deliver pepper. If you choose standard delivery it means that the delivery is Free. We are really happy to offer you a free delivery and really wish all of you possible to use the best quality of pepper from Kompot, Cambodia.
2. Tracking, is delivery with tracking number for your package with pepper. For this case, you can pay only 4$ for tracking on your pepper and delivery fee is still free as in point 1.
