Young green pepper, we collected for making salted pepper which consumes a lot of time to get the best outcome. We collected it one by one and by hand, cleaned and mixed with the Kompot salt and dried it with Aircon for up to 2 weeks based on the number of peppers. We do it very carefully and that is why our salted pepper has the best taste and refresh.

It is tasty if you put it with salad, use it as a snack for refreshing your sleepy feeling or while drinking beer/wine, you can use it with meat marination or sausage, topping on food, pizza, egg and many more ways in food based on your favorite. How to store/keep pepper properly
For salted green pepper, it is easy to store. Keep it in the dry vacuumed bag or if you remove it out from the package, just replace it in the dry jar or dry box then you can just keep it in your fridge. Make sure the pepper does not touch with water or unclean things like spoon when you take the pepper. Salted pepper could last for up to 3 to 4 years based on your storage.
