   1. What these terms and conditions apply to.
      These are the terms on which we supply products to you.
   2. Why you should read them.
      Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we can change or end the contract, what to do if you have a problem and other important information. If you believe there is an error in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

3. Our contract with you
   1. How we accept your order.
      Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an acceptance email, at which point a contract will be formed between you and us.
   2. If we cannot accept your order.
      If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the product. This may be because the product is out of stock, due to unexpected constraints on our resources that we could not reasonably plan for, because we have discovered an error in the price or product description, because we have recalled the product, or because we cannot delivery to your country.
   3. Your order number.
      We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help if you tell us your order number whenever you contact us about your order.
4. Products
   1. Products may differ slightly from their pictures.
      All product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that the colour display on the device accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from these images.
   2. Weight and type of packaging
      The quantity in the products delivered by us is always accurate or better and the packing type is also accurate in the product description.
5. Product delivery
   1. When we delivery.
      We will only deliver the Product upon full payment in advance.
   2. Delivery restrictions in your Country.
      The product is pepper, which is not subject to restrictions for customs and other regulations in almost all other countries.

6. Your rights to terminate the contract
   1. You may terminate your contract with us at any time.
      To terminate the contract and receive a refund, you must complete and return the form in "LINK" and return the products to:

   2. Refund money.
      We will refund your money after receiving the product back. To ensure delivery of the product back, please send it only by tracked service.
7. Your right to claim undelivered products
   1. Standard delivery service.
      If the product/pepper has not been delivered to you, please contact us (clause 2.1) between 35 and 45 days after dispatch, no sooner, no later. We will also ask you to confirm within 10 days that the goods have not been delivered and if you confirm this within 3 days, your money will be refunded
   2. Delivery tracking.
      We will only refund your money if the delivery tracking record shows that the parcel has been lost. We will not refund the money if you have not collected or refuse collected the parcel
8. Other important
   1. We may assign this Agreement to someone else.
      We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to another organisation. We will contact you to let you know if we plan to do this. If you are not happy with the transfer, you can contact us to end the contract within 30 days of us telling you and we will refund any payments you have made in advance for undelivered products.
   2. You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else.
      You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing.
   3. No one else has any rights under this agreement.
      This agreement is between you and us. No other person will have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
   4. If a court finds part of this agreement unlawful, the rest of it will remain in force.
      Each paragraph of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
   5. Even if we delay in enforcing this Agreement, we may still enforce it at a later date.
      If we do not immediately insist that you do anything that you are required to do under these terms and conditions, or if we delay in taking action against you in relation to your breach of this agreement, this does not mean that you do not have to do those things and will not prevent us from taking action against you later. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not pursue you but continue to provide the Products, we may still require you to make payment at a later date.
   6. What laws apply to this agreement and where you can file a lawsuit.
      These Terms are governed by English law and you may bring an action in the English courts in relation to the Products. If you live in Scotland, you may bring legal proceedings in relation to the Products in a Scottish or English court. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring legal proceedings in relation to the Products in a court in Northern Ireland or in England.
